1. General Terms

1.1. This regulation defines the rules for participating in online courses organized by FACH US Sp. z o.o. (referred to as "Company," "we," or "us"), with its registered office at Adama Mickiewicza 37/58, 00-120 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register (KRS: 0000626997), holding VAT ID: 36491122500000 and REGON: 5252667189. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, course participants, and users of the website www.course24.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Course Organizer."

1.2. Participation in online courses is voluntary and subject to the acceptance of these regulations and payment for the course in accordance with the procedure specified in §2.

2. Payment for the Course

2.1. The fee for participating in the course is one-time and requires a bank transfer to the Course Organizer's account.

2.2. Detailed information regarding fees, bank account numbers, and payment deadlines will be provided to the participant after prior contact with the Course Organizer.

2.3. The participant is required to make the payment before the course commences.

2.4. After making the payment, the participant will receive a confirmation of the payment.

3. Registration and Participation

3.1. Registration for online courses is done by contacting the Course Organizer, who will provide information about seat availability and course schedules.

3.2. The participant undertakes to provide accurate and truthful contact information when registering.

3.3. A participant may be admitted to the course only after confirmation by the Course Organizer of seat availability and after making the payment as specified in §2.

4. Online Course Rules

4.1. The participant will gain access to course materials and the e-learning platform after meeting the conditions specified in §3.

4.2. The participant agrees to use the materials and platform in accordance with the rules set by the Course Organizer and to respect copyright laws.

4.3. The Course Organizer reserves the right to change the course schedule if necessary. Participants will be informed in advance of any such changes.

5. Course Withdrawal

5.1. The participant has the right to withdraw from the course before the course starts and will receive a full refund.

5.2. Withdrawal from the course after it has commenced is non-refundable.

6. Liability

6.1. The Course Organizer is not responsible for technical issues related to access to the e-learning platform unless they result from the Course Organizer's fault.

6.2. The participant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access data to the e-learning platform.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. These regulations come into effect on the date of their publication on the Course Organizer's website.

7.2. The Course Organizer reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of their publication on the website.

7.3. Participants are obliged to regularly check the content of the regulations.

7.4. Any disputes arising from participation in online courses will be resolved through negotiations between the Course Organizer and the participant.
